Work of Eden

 Our task was to take the narrow, abandoned Mark Addy Pub in Manchester, and renovate it into a new, up and coming co-working space.

The concept for this design was heavily influenced by natural, biophilic designs, as well as minimal Scandinavian design. My goal for the project was to combine both productivity and relaxation to create the perfect work oasis. Furthermore, the biophilic designs (both indoor and outdoor) provide a sense of working within nature, located alongside the peaceful river Irwell.

This project has definitely been one of my favourites to design, and has influenced me to work more with biophilic designs in future projects.
