Student Oasis

For this project, we were given the task of designing a ‘student oasis’, which would provide students a place to work, rest, and play.

My concept was inspired by the Manchester Working Bee, as I wanted to illustrate the hard-working students in the university.

I chose to create twelve hexagonal cubby rooms forming a hive-like structure.

Each cubicle provides comfortable beanbags to lounge or work in, there are electrical sockets located in each corner for charging portable electronics e.g. laptops, phones, and any other technological equipment.
