I have recently started watching a Netflix show revolving around Interior Design called 'Amazing Interiors.' Each episode focuses on 3 different projects around the world; one is ongoing, and two are finished. But what makes these houses unique is the way the owners have taken something so simple, and transformed it into structures such as a 'cat house,' a 'container home,' or a 'life-size dollhouse.
I've found it extremely interesting watching the process of some of the remodels as well, as you are able to see their initial designs and budget for the space, and follow along on the process to see which materials work for certain buildings and which ones don't.
My personal favourite was the 'Talliston' residence in Great Dunmow, as it felt like each room of the cottage had a completely different theme. It is also claimed to be 'Britain's most extraordinary home.'
I would highly recommend this show if you're looking for new 'out of the box' ideas to put into your own designs!
